2/19/2008 - Homestead/Farmstead Applications

Homestead/Farmstead Applications will remain in effect for as long as the County deems them so, they do not have to be renewed every 3 years.  If a property is sold or no longer being used as a primary dwelling then the County Assessment office can send out a request for a new application.
