LEHMAN INSTALLED AS VICE PRESIDENT OF THE PENNSYLVANIA SOCIETY OF LAND SURVEYORS

            SOMERSET, PA – The Somerset County Commissioners are pleased to announce that William L. “Bill” Lehman, a Planner for 22 years in the Somerset County Planning Commission office, was recently installed as Vice President of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors (P.S.L.S.). This statewide organization exists for the purpose of supporting, improving, and enhancing the profession by focusing on education, legislative involvement, and public awareness and promulgation of the ethics of the profession.

 

A licensed professional surveyor in Pennsylvania for 29 years, Mr. Lehman has served as a host for the state convention for the past four years and is chairman of the History Committee for P.S.L.S. In addition, he is an active member of the Somerset Borough Planning Commssion and is a member of the Historical and Genealogical Society of Somerset County, is a demonstrator at Mountain Craft Days and is a member of the Mountain Field and Stream Club.

 

Lehman and his wife, Nancy, live in Somerset. They have one son, Bill.
