I agree with Anonymous from 8/9/2010 regarding jury duty.The selection process needs to be changed.The thing that bugs me is,this idea of putting the same person on 2,3,4 trials is b.s. . There is enough people there,that things can be spread sround.

When is the selection process going to get changed for jury duty? Why do I have to come in and waste a day,when I could be excused in the first place? Yea,sure you make them come in,but they're going to get excused anyhow,so why not excuse them,before they come in? The selection process needs to be changed. Take a poll of ones that are willing to serve,and then select from that.And don't give me this "civic duty" stuff either. "Civic duty" and "required" are two different things.

My case is an interstate case due to goto court on 05/11/2010 at 1:30. All documentation I received stated the other party needed to be in court. Nothing was said about me needing to be there. Today just 05/06/2010 I got a vice recorded message advising me I needed to be in court on 05/11/2010. In the past I was not required to be there as I am not the one ordered to pay. I tried to call your office and I get a voice recorded loop and an unable to contact your office to verify this and I also do not have $500+ for air fair.
