Our website furnishes a lot of information for free; the fee based web site gives much more detailed information primarily used by abstractors, realtors, and mortgage companies, and a fee is charged to maintain that site. If you are making a request under the Right to Know Law you must complete a written request for information. This form is available on the public website under the County Directory, Commissioners Office, Open Records Form.

Can you tell me if the dollar amount ($3500) has increased to $5000??? The Probate, Estates, and Fiduciaries Code Section 3101 authorizes any bank/financial institution to release up to $3,500 to surviving spouse, any child, mother/father, sibling of the decedent without a short certificate.

I am a patron of the Somerset County Bookmobile. I love to come to the bookmobile and love the friendly atmosphere of the employees, the two girls that run the bus, Lucy and Dana. (One has recently left because of unpleasant conditions) I have recently experienced the same problems. The bookmobile no longer has a schedule, they are no longer going to the daycares, and everytime I call into the Library I have encountered a rude run around. I am tired of not being able to talk to the director and want to contact the board of directors. How can I find a list of names and emails or address to them. This is truly a disgrace what has happened to the bookmobile.

Janice, you can stop in the Recorder of Deeds office and check the computer system on Landex for Quemahoning Township under types of documents for Leases and Memorandum of Leases. You can also narrow the date field from January of this year and see if there is any records and what companies are doing the records.

In order to show that the camper is not on site year round is to have it licensed and inspected every year. You may want to contact the sewage enforcement officer in your district to see if you can hook it to utilities.

If they are not proper the courts may deny your case. We strongly suggest you seek legal counsel, if not, you must follow the PA Rules of Civil Procedure-Family Law to prepare your documents. The base fee to file is $125.50, more can be charged depending what you ask for within your initial divorce complaint.
